Regular Classes for dogs and their owners

All classes are for puppies 5 months of age or less. Puppies must have had at least two puppy vaccinations and owners must agree to maintain their veterinarian's vaccination schedule during the classes.

Head Start/Owners' Survival Class - Offered each month except December.   A one-time, one hour class covering house and crate training, and dealing with inappropriate nipping and chewing.

Puppy Pride - Five-week series of one hour classes.  We offer a comprehensive look at behavior, socialization, and effective positive communication between pup and owner. Lessons include basic commands and covers topics such as: Don't jump on me or my visitors A leash is not a tow chain Come when I call you ~ every time Socialization and the need for early play with non family dogs and people Understanding the body language of dogs Sit ~ Down ~ Stand ~ Stay and other signals to your dog\ Tolerance to grooming and handling The importance of good manners both at home and away from home A few fun Tricks And more!

Private Sessions

By appointment for one hour and deal with individual needs on an owner-prioritized basis.  Schedule too busy to include a class?   Schedule a private consultation.
